Attraction in the form of a large vertically mounted wheel. To its rim are attached 20 cabins for passengers. On the "Ferris wheel" can simultaneously skate 80 people. Riding on an attraction causes pleasant sensations of a slow rise. At work of an attraction, rolling at will can rotate cabs, thanks to what the circular supervision of district is reached. At the very top of the attraction is visible almost the entire city, in addition to the left-bank part. It is considered that the wheel is a symbol of the sun, earth, joy and love.
